PROGRAM LAUNCH MARKETING

I drove the marketing efforts for our LIFEvest high school program, conducting in-depth analysis of our target audience, crafting tailored outreach strategies across multiple channels, and implementing campaigns designed to maximize applicant interest and conversion. Through these initiatives, I helped drive measurable growth in applications and strengthen the overall visibility and success of the program.

Marketing Strategy Objectives

Broaden Student Engagement

To expand our student reach, we implemented innovative outreach strategies. In-person engagement, phone calls, and school presentations allowed us to connect with students beyond Orange County, where the majority of our applicants were previously concentrated. This approach allowed us to reach a broader audience, including students in Los Angeles County who aligned closely with our target demographic.

Drive Higher Application Rates

To drive higher application rates, I focused on ensuring that students clearly understood the value the program could bring to their lives. To achieve this, I developed engaging informational content that showcased the program experience, complemented by photos and videos designed to create excitement and a sense of FOMO. Additionally, I spearheaded the production of a student testimonial video, developing the interview questions and overseeing the entire filming process to highlight authentic participant experiences and further inspire prospective applicants.

Strengthen Online Social Presence

To strengthen our online social presence, I revamped our accounts with updated brand guidelines. I developed content ideas, created a content calendar to ensure consistent posting, and actively engaged with students through comments and messages, providing timely responses to their questions and positioning our platform as a reliable source of information. I also launched a social media contest to increase visibility and foster meaningful engagement with students on our pages.
